Computershare are the world’s largest share registry, and a leading provider of financial market services and technology to the global securities industry. They required an incentive programme designed to promote preferred behaviours within the business. Timescales to implement the scheme must be rigid and the programme should be designed to achieve the following goals:

What we did...

We planned, implemented and manage a successful reward and recognition programme with Computershare structured around five principle areas:

  • Strategic Planning and Implementation
  • Programme Management
  • Communications
  • Rewards and Fulfilment
  • Reporting and Analysis

We managed the programme on a partnership basis, with our support team answering all queries, looking after the day-to-day administration of the scheme, uploading point allocations, adding and removing participants, answering questions and offering technical support. The core of this reward mechanism is our state of the art internet / extranet based incentive management platform, incentivebank. incentivebank allows users to log into their own incentive account and monitor their progress, as well as generating personal statements and claiming the rewards they desire. The system facilitates the marketing and communication of your programme as well as 24 hour access to management reports and administration.
