JAXX.com, part of the €190m mybet group, is a fast growing, responsible gambling group. Their core activity is online and they specialise in sports betting and online casino activities. The company is listed on the German Stock Exchange and is responsible for the creation and operation of the biggest lottery in Europe.
mybet were launching JAXX.com into the UK market and, to complement an ambitious marketing plan, asked incentivesmart™ to create and operate a points based reward mechanism. The goal of the reward programme was to act as a key driver in their aggressive customer acquisition strategy and to reward existing loyal customers.
incentivesmart™ developed the JAXX.com Club, a bespoke reward cataogue and points management system that integrated seamlessly into the JAXX.com website. The programme tracked website usage and awarded points to users for every bet placed or casino games played. Additional bonuses were available for regular customers and new game launches.
Points could be redeemed either in the JAXX.com Casino or in the bespoke JAXX Club Reward shop which included rewards ranging from JAXX branded merchandise, football shirts, bikes and sports equipment to retail vouchers, ipods and exclusive watches.
More than 1.4 Million reward accounts were created and millions of Euro in reward points were allocated. The JAXX.con Club helped the company exceed customer acquisition targets and establish a strong presence in the sports betting marketplace.
