- Balance checks, password resets and basic transactions will be handled immediately
- More complex calls are routed quickly and efficiently to your incentiveSMART account team or you if required.
- Messages are sent from the operator to you or your account team by SMS and e-mail.
- Messages can be copied to your colleagues
- Voicemail for out of hours - messages can be sent to you by e-mail.
- Your incentiveBANK Admin Suite allows you to view the messages we have taken for you, and to view call statistics.
