EMEA Distributor Incentive
When Motorola wanted to launch a loyalty and incentive program for accessory trade customers across EMEA they approached us to create an effective programme to drive revenues and support new product launches
What we did:
- Designed a programme to create greater interaction between the various levels of the distribution network, to create excitement and to change the sales behaviour of the retailers.
- Established a dedicated multiligual website to communicate the rewards effectively. Introduced a strategic communications plan to communicate key business messages and the programmes progress.
- Managed a tactical, high impact campaign to encourage cross-fertilisation of Motorola branded accessories.
- Developed a highly visible on and offline campaign rewarding four levels of the distribution channel with rewards varying from distributor events to lifestyle gifts.
