Voice Conference Instructions 

1. Dial the conferencing system Dial-In Number 0870 22 333 33
2. Enter the PIN number provided by the host when prompted.
3. Speak your full name when prompted and then you will join your conference. If you are the first person to arrive on the conference call, you will hear music. As others arrive on the call you will hear them being announced. When there are at least two people on the call, you are ready to start talking!  

Web Conference Instructions 

1. Go to http://showtime.powwownow.com/
2. Enter your email address and your PIN number (provided by the host)
3. Click "Log in as attendee"
